HOW DOES IT WORK?
5 simple steps for borrowing from our Library of Things
1. Become a member & browse our library

Sign up to the shed for just £10 per year.

Gain access to our entire stock of lendable items. You can see them all here.
2. Reserve the 'thing'

Use our online platform to reserve the item(s) you're looking to borrow.

Borrowing items costs £1, £4 or £8 depending on its size and trickiness to repair.
3. Collect the 'thing'

Pop by the shop during our open hours to pick up your item(s).

Our volunteer team will run you through the item(s) and provide you with any additional information you might need.
4. Use the 'thing' and clean the 'thing'

Whatever it's for, use the thing to your heart's content.

We really appreciate it if items come back to us clean and care is taken that any loose parts aren't lost (thank you!).
5. Return the 'thing'

Once your hire period is up, drop your item(s) back into the shop during our opening hours.

We'll give it a once over and get it ready for the next person to hire out.
